How soon can I get an engineer to my house?
Our booking calendar shows live availability. Most customers find a slot within 24-48 hours. For urgent boiler breakdowns, we recommend checking the earliest morning slots which often become available as we optimise our engineers' routes.
Are there any hidden call-out fees?
No. We believe in transparent pricing. Services like annual boiler checks are fixed-price. For repairs, the booking fee covers the time and expertise required for a professional diagnosis. You will always receive a clear quote for parts or further labour before any additional work starts.
Will I get a reminder before the engineer arrives?
Yes. You’ll receive an instant email confirmation when you book, and we will send a reminder notification before your scheduled arrival window so you know exactly when to expect your Embassy Gas engineer.
What if I need to change my booking at the last minute?
We make rescheduling easy. You can manage your appointment via the link in your confirmation email. We simply ask for as much notice as possible so we can reallocate your slot to another customer in need of heating or hot water.
Do you provide Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12)?
Yes. You can book a Landlord Safety Check directly through this page. Our Gas Safe engineers will carry out the inspection and provide the digital CP12 certificate immediately upon completion of the check.
